1. Acceptance of Terms
BidVentor is operated by BidVentor LLC. By accessing or using BidVentor at bidventor.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use BidVentor.
BidVentor is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TikTok, Amazon, Meta, Google, or X.
2. Service Description
BidVentor provides tools for Amazon sellers, including advertising optimization, listing support, and social content creation. You may connect supported social accounts and publish images or videos with captions from our studios when you choose to do so.
Features may change over time. Some social publishing features may require authorization from the relevant platform and may be subject to that platform's rules, review process, or availability.
3. Account Registration and Security
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Notifying us promptly of unauthorized access
4. Connected Social Platforms
If you connect a social account, you authorize BidVentor to use that connection only to provide the features you request, such as showing your connected account and publishing content you submit. Supported platforms may include TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and X, and may change over time.
You agree that:
- You will only connect accounts you have the right to use
- You are responsible for the content you publish
- You will review captions, media, privacy settings, and required disclosures before publishing
- You will follow the terms and community rules of each platform you publish to
- You may disconnect any connected account at any time from your BidVentor account settings
- You will not represent BidVentor as any connected platform or suggest that BidVentor is operated by that platform
Your use of each connected platform is also subject to that platform's own terms and policies. We encourage you to review the terms, privacy policies, and community guidelines for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, X, and any other platform you connect.
BidVentor does not guarantee that every publish attempt will succeed. Platforms may reject, delay, limit, or remove content according to their own rules. Some posting options may be limited until a platform completes its review of our integration.
Where required by applicable platform policies or law, BidVentor may identify content as AI-generated or request that you confirm appropriate disclosures before publishing. You remain responsible for making sure your content complies with applicable laws and each platform's rules.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use BidVentor to:
- Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
- Upload or publish unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or adult content
- Attempt to bypass platform safeguards or posting limits
- Misuse connected platforms or interfere with BidVentor's security or availability
6. Intellectual Property
BidVentor and its software, branding, and content are owned by BidVentor LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you create. You grant BidVentor a limited license to use your submitted content solely to provide the services you request.
7. Payment Terms
Payment for paid services is due according to your selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws, or as expressly stated in your plan terms.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
BidVentor is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted service or that publishing to third-party platforms will always succeed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BidVentor LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, data, or platform access resulting from actions by third-party platforms.
10. Termination
You may stop using BidVentor at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or create risk for BidVentor or other users. You may disconnect third-party accounts at any time from your BidVentor account settings.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date.
